"Shipping was much slower than I expected"
I ordered from xflshop.com the shipping felt way slower than most other places I’ve bought from online. There weren’t clear updates for a few days, so I kept having to check the tracking myself, which got annoying. The item did eventually arrive, but compared to shops that keep you updated and ship faster, this experience wasn’t great. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly

"Delivery was kind of a mess"
I ordered from xflshop.com the delivery was unreliable. It took longer than I expected, and the tracking just stopped updating for days?? I had no clue where my package was or if it was even moving. It did show up eventually, but the whole waiting and guessing part was really frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, but I definitely wouldn’t order from there if I needed something quickly.

I ordered a shirt from xflshop.com it felt super cheap right out of the package!!! After just one wash, the stitching started coming loose, which is really frustrating!!! Definitely not buying from them again!!!

"I ended up ordering from XFL Shop..."
I ended up ordering from XFL Shop because their prices were better than a few other sites I looked at. i was happy with what I got. The quality was better than I expected for the price, and I don’t really have any complaints. Shipping was a little slow, but overall it still felt like a solid deal. I’d definitely order again if the prices stay this good

"Mostly right, but I’m not totally sure what happened"
I ordered a hoodie and a cap from xflshop.com, and the hoodie was exactly what I expected. Right team, right size, no issues there, so maybe I’m being a little picky overall.
The cap was technically the one I chose, but the color looked a bit different from the picture online. I even checked the order slip because I thought maybe I had selected the wrong one, but everything on there looked correct, which just made me second-guess it more.

It wasn’t a bad experience, just not completely smooth. Shipping was okay, and I’d probably give them around 3 stars for order accuracy since most of it was right, but the cap still felt a little off to me

"Not a ton to choose from tbh"
The selection was kinda limited tbh. I couldn’t find like half the stuff I was looking for, so that was a bit frustrating lol.

Checkout was easy, and I didn’t really feel nervous paying on the site. The payment page looked normal... no strange popups or redirects or anything like that. I got my confirmation right after, too. I used my card and everything went through fine, so yeah... the payment security seemed good to me.

"Refund took longer than I’m okay with"
The return process moved slowly, and my refund came in later than I’d expect. I don’t mind waiting a reasonable amount of time, but for me, this took longer than my personal standard for good service.

"The site was such a hassle!!"
Trying to use the site was frustrating!! The menus kept lagging, and when I got to checkout it kept glitching on me, which made the whole process way more annoying than it needed to be.

"Support Took Way Too Long to Reply"
I ordered from xflshop.com and had a question about my delivery, but getting a straight answer from customer service was frustrating. It took them days to respond, and when they finally did, the reply was vague and didn’t really clear things up. The product itself was okay, but the support side needs serious improvement. It also felt like they hide behind little policy loopholes instead of just helping customers directly, which made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.

"Medium Fit More Like a Small"
I ordered my usual medium, but once I tried it on, it felt much closer to a small. The fit was tighter than expected right away, so for me the sizing just didn’t line up. Kind of annoying because I would’ve sized up if I’d known
